Available with your purchase is a lifetime performance repair/replacement limited warranty for powertrain components. Subject to the following limitations, the performance of these powertrain components are warranted for non-commercial use as long as you own the vehicle.

Limitations:

There are only a few limitations of our exclusive warranty coverage.

1. Our warranty only applies to the non-commercial use of your vehicle.
2. We have no liability for consequential or special damages.
3. Our obligation is limited to repair and replacement only as specified above during your individual lifetime.
4. Any modifications of the terms of this lifetime limited warranty must be in writing, signed by both parties.

Requirements:

• All scheduled maintenance must be performed by Terre Haute Chevrolet.
• In the event of a failure of a covered component, the vehicle must be brought back to Terre Haute Chevrolet for repairs.
• If the failure of a covered part occurs outside a 50-mile radius of Terre Haute, Indiana, the Terre Haute Chevrolet Service Manager will be contacted to make arrangements for repairs. Unapproved repairs are not covered by this agreement.
• This limited warranty is available to the individual owner who initially purchases the vehicle from Terre Haute Chevrolet, is non-transferable, and applies only to non-commercial use and does not cover any repair due to accident, abuse, weather or water damage, fire or similar causes.
• Warranty requires a paid $129 administrative charge.

Engine

All internally lubricated engine parts; oil pump, harmonic balancer, valve covers, timing cover, intake manifold, engine block, and heads are covered if damaged by failure of an internally lubricated component.

Turbocharger / Supercharger:

All internally lubricated parts, housing is covered if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated component.

All internally lubricated parts within gear case: torque converter, vacuum modulator covers, parts, and cases are covered if damaged by the failure of any internally lubricated component.

Front and Rear Differential/Case:

All internal parts; axle shafts, constant velocity joints, the differential case is covered if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated moving part.
