Brian Hart is absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind, sincere, thorough, honest, and compassionate. I really enjoyed talking to him and I could tell immediately that he cared about my choice and wanted to sell me the best car on the lot.

Had my car since January 28. And I told 3 different people to change the oil while they was working on it and when I picked it up February 18 they never did the oil change. Also in that 3 weeks no o ne asked or offered me a car to drive while they fixed mine. But they did pick my car up the next day from my work on February 19 and did the oil change at no extra charge

I had to call multiple times to get updates on my vehicle. Once it was finally done, I noticed a little bit of a burnt oil smell on the way home but it went away. Drove the vehicle to work and back today and noticed a burnt oil smell again. Raised the hood to check the oil, and noticed quite a bit of oily residue around my engine and when I checked the dip stick, there was not any oil present on it. I'll be calling first thing in the morning.

Kevin did great getting me into a new used vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle did have issues after the purchase (stuff happens). With that being said they were quick to take back the vehicle and put me in a brand new vehicle where I needed to be with payments. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Originally upon scheduling my appointment for my warranty work, I had inquired about a rental vehicle as the $4,000 extended warranty I purchased was to accommodate me with a rental. I was told by the service department that they did not have any rentals available and when I asked what I was supposed to do, they did not know cause their rentals would not be available for over a week. I then called back and left a message for the service manager to return my call so we could discuss the extended coverage that I purchased and discuss a rental car and within 4 hours I had never received a call back. I then called and talked to my original salesperson about the issue and they were not very pleasant to speak with. They acted very agitated that I was inquiring about a service that I paid for and was not receiving and then they asked me why I was so upset. I then called back another time and asked for the Dealership Manager and the receptionist took down my information and ensured me that they would have the Manager contact me. Within a short amount of time, the Manager called me and was very apologetic and ensured that there would be a vehicle available for me. The Manager was great at handling the situation and then the service shop did a great job at finding the issue with my vehicle and getting it fixed. At the end of the day, the service turned out good but it should not have taken so much effort to get the service that I had paid for. The frustrating part is when you ask the service deck personnel what you are supposed to do about transportation and that you paid extra for a rental service and they say " I Don't Know" and then the salesperson acts the way that they did and then asks the customer " Why are you upset ". In both cases, if the staff is not trained on how to handle these situations, then they should always revert to " Let me see what I can do for you and someone will be in touch ". That is why I am giving a 3 Star review.

I have had service twice at Terre Haute Chevrolet since I purchased my vehicle. I worked with Hollie and Cortni. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond with their service both times. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. This was my first new vehicle purchase and they walked me through it very well.

Steve was polite and very organized. He had already pulled the vehicle i was interested in around to the front of the building, had it washed and ready. I arrived late in the day, and he stayed late to help get everything processed and make sure i was comfortable and understood how to operate my new vehicle. Overall he made the process less stressful.

Everything was done in a timely manner. I was greeted quickly and checked in quickly. The salesperson was very efficient. At the end of my visit, everything that was done to my vehicle was explained to me. Only the services I requested were completed. They did not try to upsell me on any services or products.

We came for an oil change. We asked them if they could look at an issue with our car. Was told they had 3 people call off sick but would check to see if they could. Evidently they couldn’t. So upon leaving there was 1 car in the garage and 4 guys standing around doing nothing but talking. No one spoke to us about our car and our receipt said need new rear tires and an alignment. I don’t know if this is a new way of doing business but it would have been nice if someone would have talked to us about it. I don’t think we will be back. Can’t make an appointment by calling and talking to anyone either. It’s just not a good way to run a business.

I dealt with Paul Doan on the purchase. He did an excellent job and didn't hover over us like most salesman tend to do. Paul made the buying process rather easy.

Call with concern no call back. Over charged. Said put 8 quarts oil in car doesn't hold that many.

Last minute issue discovered with my truck. The Service Team was able to squeeze me in same day and had it completed hours before my appointment was scheduled.

My experience at Terre Haute Chevrolet exceeded all expectations. Based on previous experiences at other dealerships I was prepared for an unpleasant morning dealing with the process of leasing a vehicle. Meeting Ron May in the sales lot changed everything. Ron was pleasant, gracious, respectful, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and efficient.

I had an excellent experience at Chevy. All my service needs were met very sufficiently.

I brought in 2 rims to be replaced. Only one ended up needing replacement. A valve stem kit was added to my bill without my knowledge so it was removed. I got a quote on a tire pressure monitoring system. It was $700 for 3. That mark up on parts is extreme. We found OE parts for $45 each and plan to bring them in to be put on and programmed.

Service Department did a great job

Took parts off and didn’t replace. Left the cover to the cabin filter on the passenger side floorboard. Drained oil all over components under the filter and didn’t clean anything up. Also rotated tires and left the center cap loose on driver side rear tire.

No customer service techs don’t listen to customers. This front desk area is one of the worst for customer care. They refuse to document issues customers bring to them. What could have been taken care of in one trip turns into 3-4. Mgt foesnt deal with issues.

I would like to give 5 stars but I'm giving 4 this time because when I picked up my truck, I reviewed the inspection sheet and noticed it was noted that my rear brakes were marked "immediate attention needed". I made an appointment to have the brakes fixed but when I picked the truck up, no work was performed. The technician said the brakes were fine. This was a waste of my time and I had to arrange to get a ride there and back as well. Not sure why the brakes were noted as a problem if there weren't. I had them checked out by someone else when I got my tires changed, and they agreed the brakes were fine. I'm glad it worked out, but I'm disappointed that it was incorrectly noted.

Was asked to bring my Camaro for the complimentary oil change since purchase it took them 3.5 hours!! I asked for a coolant flush and fill was told they did not have a qualified to do the service after hours. Uphon finishing the service was informed I would need to pay !!!! Drove 2 hours one way for this catastrophic mess!!!

Took several days to get a simple diagnostic done, after I wasn't informed of the issue during my last visit, even though the tech mechanic noted the issue. Once diagnostic was done, issue was never resolved due to needing pictures for warranty claim, but I had ran out of time and had to leave town.

The team was nice when I pulled in and kept me in the loop through the whole time they were doing my service.

It took 2-hrs for oil change and tire rotation. Inspection report showed engine filter as red meaning it needed change and no one mentioned it to me during my visit. I now have to either return to the dealership or change it myself.

I always go to Chevy in Terre haute. The service is always great and the service people listen to your problem or concerns about the vehicle.

I scheduled the appt online and was able to get in for an oil change with tire rotation and out of the shop in about an hour.

I had to come back because I had a tire sensor error. It had the error when I arrived at the dealership and it was not addressed. No one told me anything about my service and just printed the paper out for me to read myself. Although I am capable of doing so, it would be nice to get an overview when extensive service recommendations are made. When I called to get in to get the tire issue resolved, the manager was able to get me in quickly the next day. However, what was quoted as a 30 minute fix was a 2 hour service visit. In total we spent almost 4 hours over a two day period for a tire sensor replacement and oil change and had to drive to the dealership on 2 separate days. I was warned before buying a Chevy that the service department is a reason to not buy Chevy. I do wish that I had listened to that advice.

Brian hart sold us our new Tahoe. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get a great deal.

I scheduled my appointment for an oil change and told them I had a service emission system light that came on for a day and went back off. I ask if they could check on that past light too. When I went to pick it up they said I didn’t owe anything and I replied what about my oil change and they informed me they had not changed the oil. Now my message on on the main screen every time you start the truck that it need an oil change and was at 0%. I would assume even if for some reason they didn’t hear me request an oil change that they would have contacted me and ask about it considering the light is on. Also the email they send about keeping track of the progress is a joke because they never update the progress. I was literally in my truck after I got my keys back and checked the progress and it still had not been updated. This is not the first time I have had problems with Terre Haute Chevy service department. Horrible service! If Pilson was closer I would go to them every time!
